The office party season runs from Diwali through to the year-end, and in Hitec City and Gachibowli most companies host at least one of the two. A Hyderabadi and Mughlai menu suits both: kebabs that hold up on a buffet, biryani that feeds a crowd from one pot, rich curries, and sweets people recognise. This guide builds the menu course by course from the dishes on our menu and the celebration packages on our corporate catering page.
Timing: book before the festive rush
Diwali falls in October or November depending on the year, and year-end parties cluster in the last few working weeks of December. Delivery slots and serving staff in those weeks go to the companies that book first. Our standard lead time for events of 100 or more with a custom menu is 5 to 7 working days; in festival weeks, give more. Fix the date and the rough headcount first and settle the menu afterwards. The Skyview 10 outlet is open Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM; if your party falls on a weekend, say so when you request the quote.
Build the menu in five courses
Starters
Kebabs are the natural opener because they can be eaten standing up. From the menu: Seekh Kebab (₹199), Chicken Tikka (₹249), Shami Kebab (₹199) and, for a premium touch, Galouti Kebab (₹249). For the vegetarian line, Paneer Tikka (₹229) and hara bhara kebab. Plan at least one vegetarian and one non-vegetarian starter; two of each for an evening party.
Biryani
Biryani is the centre of a Hyderabad party table. The choice is between Chicken Biryani (₹299), Mutton Biryani (₹399) and Vegetarian Biryani (₹249), all cooked in the dum style. The celebration packages serve a zafrani veg dum biryani on the vegetarian line and chicken or mutton on the other, so both are on the table.
Curries and mains
Pick one rich curry and one lighter one on each line so the plate has contrast. Non-vegetarian options include Butter Chicken (₹289), Chicken Korma (₹279), Mutton Rogan Josh (₹349), Kadai Chicken (₹279) and Chicken Changezi (₹279). Vegetarian mains include Shahi Paneer (₹259), Dal Makhani (₹199) and malai kofta.
For an evening party, Nihari (₹329) and Haleem (₹299) from the specialities list add a slower, richer course.
Breads and sides
Tandoori Roti (₹25) and Naan (₹35) are standard; the celebration packages also bring laccha paratha, and the premium package roomali roti. Raita (₹79) and mirchi ka salan sit beside the biryani, and Jeera Rice (₹149) suits guests who skip biryani.
Sweets
Two sweets is the right number for a buffet. Gulab Jamun (₹99) and Kheer (₹129) are the staples; phirni and sheer khurma are on the celebration and premium menus and feel festive on a Diwali table.
Two ready-made party menus
Corporate Celebrations package, ₹600 to ₹900 per plate, minimum 50 plates. Two starters, three mains, biryani, breads and two desserts, with one live counter (tandoor or chaat) included. The sample menu pairs paneer tikka, hara bhara kebab and a live chaat counter with tangdi kebab, chicken seekh kebab and a live tandoor; zafrani veg dum biryani with mutton or chicken zafrani dum biryani; malai kofta, shahi paneer and dal makhani with butter chicken, mutton rogan josh and dal makhani; butter naan, laccha paratha, raita and salad; and gulab jamun with kheer. Service is a full buffet with a captain on site and one server per 30 guests.
Client Hosting and Premium Events package, ₹900 to ₹1,500 per plate, minimum 10 plates. Plated service or a curated buffet for a leadership or client dinner: galouti, reshmi and tangdi kebabs to open, mutton zafrani dum biryani, murgh musallam and nihari among the mains, roomali roti, and phirni, kheer and gulab jamun to close, with a senior captain and one server per 15 guests.
For a lunchtime party on a tighter budget, the Team Lunch package (₹350 to ₹500 per plate, from 10 plates) is the simpler route.
Prices are per plate, ex GST (5% on food), with delivery included within 10 km of our Hitech City kitchen.
Keep the spread vegetarian-friendly
Festival weeks bring more vegetarian plates than a normal office lunch, so count rather than assume. The vegetarian and non-vegetarian lines are cooked and packed separately, Jain and pure vegetarian versions of every menu are available on request, and all meat is halal-certified. When in doubt, add a vegetarian starter rather than a non-vegetarian one.
Add-ons that change the feel of the evening
- A second live counter at ₹80 per plate (one is already included in Celebration and Premium).
- A second dessert at ₹40 per plate, if you want three sweets on a Diwali table.
- Beverages (water, soft drinks, lassi) at ₹40 per plate.
- Extra serving staff beyond the package ratio at ₹25 per plate.
