Offices in Hitec City and Gachibowli feed their teams in one of two ways: a standing daily meal programme, or one-off catering booked for a specific day. Both are on our corporate catering page, and both come from the same kitchen. The right one depends on how often the same people eat together, how much ceremony the meal needs and how your finance team prefers to pay.
The two formats in one sentence each
Daily Office Meal Programme: the same team gets individually packed, sealed meals delivered hot to the office on a fixed schedule, Monday to Friday, billed monthly.
One-off catering: a buffet with chafing dishes and serving staff for a single event, from a quarterly team lunch to an annual day, billed per event.
Side-by-side comparison
| Daily Office Meals | One-off Team Lunch | One-off Celebration | |

GST is 5% on food in every case. Delivery is included within 10 km of our Hitech City kitchen and a flat ₹1,500 per event beyond that.
When a daily programme is the better choice
A daily programme pays off when three things are true: the group is 20 or more, they are in the office most weekdays, and nobody wants to run a lunch order every morning. The per-plate price is the lowest on the list because the kitchen plans the same volume every day. The menu rotates so a Monday is not the same as a Thursday, and a sample day looks like this:
| Course | Vegetarian | Non-vegetarian |
|---|---|---|
| Main | Veg dum biryani, or paneer butter masala with jeera rice | Chicken dum biryani, or butter chicken with rice |
| Bread | 2 tandoori rotis | 2 tandoori rotis |
| Side | Dal tadka, raita, salad | Mirchi ka salan, raita, salad |
| Sweet | Gulab jamun | Gulab jamun |
Billing is one GST invoice a month, which suits procurement teams that work on purchase orders. Most clients start with a 30-day pilot and then decide on a longer contract.
When one-off catering is the better choice
Book one-off catering when the meal is the event. A buffet with hot food in chafing dishes, serving staff and one coordinator from quote to clean-up turns a sprint review or a product launch into something the team remembers. The Team Lunch package starts at just 10 plates, so it also suits small leadership groups or a visiting client. For festivals and year-end parties the Corporate Celebrations package adds a second starter, a third main, two desserts and a live counter; our guide to planning a Diwali or year-end office party menu covers how to build that menu.
One-off catering also makes sense when attendance is unpredictable. You confirm the headcount for each event rather than committing to a daily number.
Where individual meal subscriptions fit
If your group is smaller than 20, or people want to choose their own plan, the meal subscription is the third option. Each person subscribes directly:
- Veg Tiffin, Non-Veg Tiffin and Mughlai Premium: lunch or dinner, six days a week. A Trial Week is 6 meals, Monthly is 24 and Quarterly is 72.
- Twin Plan: lunch and dinner, 48 meals a month.
- Lunch is delivered between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM, dinner between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM, to the office, home, hostel or co-working space.
- Days can be paused or skipped over WhatsApp and the credit rolls over. There is no automatic renewal, and payment is by UPI or bank transfer.
Subscriptions are billed to the individual, not the company, so there is no vendor onboarding. Once a floor has 20 or more people on the same schedule, the corporate daily programme becomes the simpler and cheaper route.
A quick way to decide
- Same 20 or more people, most weekdays: Daily Office Meal Programme.
- Fewer than 20, or everyone wants their own plan: individual meal subscriptions.
- A specific day that should feel like an occasion: Team Lunch or Corporate Celebrations.
- All three at once: that is common. Many offices run a daily programme and book a celebration menu for festivals.
Quick FAQ
Can we run a daily programme for only three days a week?
Yes, as long as each delivery meets the 20-plate minimum. Tell us the days when you request a quote.
Do the daily meals come with on-site serving staff?
No. They arrive individually packed and sealed, ready to eat at the desk. Serving staff and buffet set-up are part of the Team Lunch package and above.
Can we try before signing a contract?
Most clients begin with a 30-day pilot on the daily programme. Individuals can take a Trial Week of 6 meals on the subscription plans.
Are the menus halal, and is there a Jain option?
All meat is halal-certified. Jain, pure vegetarian and allergy-aware menus are available on request for both formats.
