Subscription FAQs
Where do you deliver in Hyderabad and Nashik?
In Hyderabad we currently deliver across Gachibowli, HITEC City, Madhapur, Kondapur, Financial District, Kothaguda, Nanakramguda, Manikonda, Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills. In Nashik we cover the entire city. New areas are added based on demand — share your pincode in the form and we will confirm.
What time will my meals arrive?
Lunch is delivered between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM. Dinner is delivered between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM. You can pick a 30-minute time window during signup, and we will stick to it as closely as possible.
Can I switch between veg and non-veg, or pause days?
Yes. You can pause individual days (travel, leave, sick day) or skip meals — the credit rolls over to your subscription end date. You can switch plans at the end of any billing cycle. Just send a WhatsApp message — no app required.
How do I pay? Do you offer trials?
Trial weeks (6 meals) are available for the Veg, Non-Veg and Premium plans so you can taste before committing to a longer subscription. Payment is via UPI or bank transfer once you confirm the plan over WhatsApp. Monthly and quarterly plans qualify for loyalty benefits — shared on enquiry.
What is the minimum subscription length?
The shortest plan is the Trial Week (6 meals over 6 days). After that, we offer Monthly (24 meals) and Quarterly (72 meals) plans. There is no automatic renewal — you decide whether to continue at the end of each cycle.
Are the meals freshly cooked or reheated?
Every meal is freshly cooked the same day at our centralized kitchen, packed hot, sealed and delivered within 90 minutes. We never serve reheated or previous-day food — that is a hard rule.
Can I customize the menu for allergies or dietary needs?
Yes. Mention allergies (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.) or specific dietary needs (Jain, low-spice, no-onion-no-garlic, diabetic-friendly) when you sign up. We can usually accommodate within the standard plan, sometimes with a small custom-meal upcharge.
Can I gift a subscription to my parents or kids?
Absolutely — gifting subscriptions for parents living alone, children at hostel, or family members new to a city is one of our most common use cases. Mention "gift" in the form and we will coordinate the recipient details and delivery directly.
