Delete from inside the app (instant)
- Open the Mughlai Magic app and go to More, then tap your name to open Your profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account, sign-in and saved details are removed immediately.
Delete by email (within 7 days)
If you no longer have the app installed, email hello@mughlaimagic.com with the subject "Delete my Mughlai Magic account" from the email address or with the mobile number you used in the app. We confirm the deletion within 7 working days.
What is deleted
- Your account and the Google, Apple or Microsoft sign-in linked to it.
- Your profile: name, email address, mobile number, city and birthday.
- All active sessions on every device.
- The link between your account and your past orders.
What is kept, and for how long
- Order and payment records(order number, items, amount, date, GST invoice) are retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law. They are no longer linked to your account and your name is replaced with "Deleted account".
- Mughlai Magic Club membership records tied to your mobile number are kept until the membership expires so that benefits already paid for remain valid. Email us if you want the membership record removed early.
- WhatsApp messages already delivered to your number remain in your WhatsApp; we do not retain a separate copy beyond our operational logs, which are cleared after 90 days.
Delete only some data
To remove just your saved profile or your membership without closing the account, email hello@mughlaimagic.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 90493 92092 and tell us what to remove.
